We’re offering flexible room options in our modern detached house 🏡 in a quiet HP13 setting, backing directly onto National Trust land with beautiful walking routes right on the doorstep — yet still within easy reach of shops, transport links and High Wycombe town centre.

It’s a peaceful, light-filled home with open countryside views and a relaxed feel.

To keep things spacious and comfortable, we’re welcoming one person into either the en-suite room or into a double room with your own private bathroom.
