Hi! I’m moving out of this lovely 2-bedroom flat as I’m relocating, and we’re looking for someone to take my room and share with my sister, who will be staying on.

The flat is in High Wycombe and is well-located with good transport links, shops, and local amenities nearby. It’s a clean, comfortable, and relaxed home—ideal for someone who’s looking for a peaceful place to live.

The room is a double. The flat includes a shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom, all kept tidy and well looked after.

You’ll be living with one female tenant (my sister), who is friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. She works full-time from home and enjoys a calm, clean home environment.
