I am posting this advert on behalf of my mother who is a live in landlord. We are searching for 3 individuals to occupy 3 rooms.

The property is in a excellent location, walking distance to Eden shopping centre, Wycombe Hospital and Buckinghamshire university.

Couples can be considered for the double rooms but without children. The rent for couples will be £950 for the double room.

We are after a professional, who is tidy and quiet as my mother does not like loud noise. There is parking available. Bills are included in the price.

Please be aware the living space is not to share, as this is my mother’s own personal space.
