Single Room to rent in a 2 bed house -6 months let

A single bedroom with shared bathroom, lounge area and kitchen. Access to broadband and Sky TV. There is a large back garden with shed for bike storage and off road parking. The house is in a quiet cul de sac and is close to local woods, park, bus stops and a 25 minute walk to train station/town centre.
I am a single professional female who likes a tidy house, I lead a fairly quiet life during the week and enjoy catching up on my Sky+ planner, walking, cycling going to Rock choir, church and the occasional fitness class. I have a friendly, quiet dog so someone who is happy to be around a dog and respect my home would be welcome to respond! I used to run my own business but sold it recently, now I am studying and recently started working part time for Royal Mail. Occasionally I have my friend and her 2 children over to stay at weekends. I would prefer a female flatmate if possible! Thanks.
