Single Room to rent in a 2 bed house

A single bedroom with shared bathroom, lounge area and kitchen. Access to broadband and Sky TV. There is a large back garden with shed for bike storage and off road parking. The house is in a quiet cul de sac and is close to local woods, park, bus stops and a 25 minute walk to train station/town centre. Rent includes the bills/council tax.
I am a single professional female who likes a tidy house, I lead a fairly quiet life during the week and enjoy catching up on my Sky + Netflix, walking, gardening, cycling, Volunteering for RDA and the occasional fitness class.
I some times have a friendly dog to visit so someone who is happy to be around a dog and respect my home would be welcome to respond!
I have just adopted 2 kittens so if you are happy around cats thats great! I used to run my own business but sold it recently, now I am working in a special needs school. I would prefer a female flatmate if possible! Thanks.
