Large room with en-suite and garden access

Monday to Friday let for single occupancy in a modern 3-storey townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac 1 mile east of High Wycombe town centre.
The room I have to rent is on the ground floor with garden access and TV (via internet). There’s a large en suite shower and parking on the driveway. Almost self-contained with shared use of the kitchen and dining room - both are on the middle floor.

The house is within walking distance of the town, station, gym, outdoor pool, park, pubs etc.........

This is a Monday to Friday let (although late Sunday evening is possible if needed to save travelling on Monday morning). The room will suit someone whose main home is elsewhere but who needs to be in this area mid week.
