We have a large two bedroom house, which myself and my partner would like to share.

The house has full amenities such as a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. As well as a large bath and shower.

The available double room consists of a walk in wardrobe. And is unfurnished.

the house has a garden, with a view over a quiet park, which includes a tennis court. ( free to use) and is a 20 min walk to the centre of high Wycombe. We have a pool table on the 'games room', and both sky sports and bt sports packages.

There are local shops near by such as a Tesco and local and bp garage. The town centre is a short 20 min walk ( 15 if you are a quick walker). There is a private car park by the house which is very spacious

We are sociable, but understand that people like their own time too. We have a gorgeous cat that is also very friendly. We would like to be friends with our new tenant. :)
