New build modern flat with room spare

New build modern flat appartment. Top floor in a new and still being built development. With flat overlooking a small park.

Large spacious room comes furnished with bed frame and memory foam mattress, bookshelf, wardrobe, bedside table and desk. Television point also in room.

Flat is fully furnished including washing machine, tumbledrier, oven, microwave, gas cooker and other ameneties such as hoover and iron and ironing board as well as a gas bbq on the balcony for those sunnier days! I have sky + and wi fi broadband. There is a lift and fob access for the main doors as well as a bike shed for those who like to cycle.

Ideally I am looking for a male or female who is social and likes to chill out watching tv, going out for drinks and socialising. I work varying shifts so someone who is respectful if I need to sleep during the day would be nice. Sometimes its nice to come back and simply go out for a nice cold one at the end of a hard day! I like to be able to come back to a clean house, so someone who knows how to clean, empty bins etc is a bonus and someone who cooks! I like to cook, bake and have no qualms cooking but its nice to share, I especially like baking cakes when I am off :)

There are lots of visitors bays off the main road and other side roads. There is a bus stop 5 min walk away, and town is a mere 25 min walk.

I live near a retail park so Marks and Spencer, Argos, Comet, PC World, KFC and Pizza Hut, Tesco Express are literally round the corner, with a larger Tesco's a 10 min drive away.
