We are looking for a friendly professional who like to share and have fun, and who at the same time can appreciate the need for privacy and space.

Relax and unwind in a massive lounge diner with your housemates or retreat to your spacious room after a long day at the coal face... There is a huge garden and patio at the back (perfect for those long lazy summer evenings...)

We don't argue over cleaning of communal areas as a very nice cleaning lady comes in to clean them - included in the rent, still, you must pick up after yourself as we like to live in a tidy house!

Within 5 minute walk, you will find Wycombe sports centre, Tesco Express, takeaways to name a few amenities. There is a bus stop opposite the house too.

There are parking spaces for cars on the drive, and there are also on street car parking spaces nearby.

Council tax, water rates, tv license, broadband, electricity and gas bills are included in the rent.
