I have a lovely furnished double room with its own shower room on the ground floor of a large and spacious town house. You will have use of a large kitchen, large garden with patio furniture and BBQ. The room has a double bed, 3 seater sofa, dresser and bookcase. There is ample parking and we are very close to amenities, including chip shop, chinese, post office, Nisa and petrol station. All bills, and fibre broadband included. Please note I have 5 uear old son who lives with me part time in the property. Looking for a considerate, fun, easy going, professional to rent room.
