Decent Double Room

Hi there, we have a decent double room available for let from 15th February 2018. The room is fully furnished with a double divan bed, bedside table and a built in cupboard, also a three door wardrobe and bedside light. We all share a large lounge dining area and the kitchen with more than enough fridges and freezers. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also available to share as is the oven and microwave of course! All utility bills are included (no food) and we have wifi if you need it. At the moment there are three housemates ranging from 26 to 50. We also have dogs who love attention and friendly faces. The house is on the Hazelmere side of High Wycombe, close to bus routes into town and the railway station ( 15 minute walk), large driveway for parking , but also the street has no pesky yellow lines. We are laid back generally, not a party house, and we are looking for someone who will be clean and tidy and just wants to chill when at home. We can take a couple but would ask for a rental of £140 per week or £600 per month. Sorry we cant take universal credit.
