A good sized double room on the Hughenden side of High Wycombe with a beautiful outlook across the fields and park is available now.

The flat is a 15-20 minute walk to the rail station (London can be reached in around 25-30 minutes) and only 10-15 minutes from the town centre. Hughenden Park is a 5 minute walk away and there are woods and fields for walking a couple of minutes away.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a shoe storage cabinet and a ceiling fan for these hot nights! The flat itself has gas central heating, a newly refurbished kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer. There is also the option for sky tv included with the rent. The rent covers all bills including wireless internet.

I am a professional working full time locally, I am fairly easy going and 'normal'. I don’t have a constant stream of people, boyfriends or parties in the flat but the occasional friend over for a cuppa. I have an old but lovable cat who seems to like all people and doesn't cause any trouble, he’s just looking for love from someone warm and friendly!

The room would suit a professional (whether that’s locally or commuting in to London) non-smoker and someone who likes (or doesn't mind) cats. I would prefer someone friendly but most importantly I am looking for a flatmate who is considerate, clean and willing to pitch in. Compromise is the key!
