The accommodation is a fully furnished roomy studio flat with its own entrance. There is a spacious fitted kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe, plenty of storage and a shower room, which also contains a washing machine. Occupant will have use of a patio and there is off street parking outside the property. We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, respectful and preferably female.
