Looking for a new easy-going lodger / lodgers for the second bedroom of my large ground floor flat on Chairborough Road, just a short walk from the Eden Centre.
Big double room with a walk-in wardrobe, large living area, small enclosed garden. Seriously quick unlimited Fibre Optic broadband (the exchange is 100m away!).
I live in the flat myself, although I coach sport for a living so I'm out most evenings training, and I have my dog on weekends too but he's lovely. The room has been let for the past 2yrs but my current lodgers have gotten engaged and found their own house.
