Description
We have a large double bedroom with an en-suite available in a new 5 bedroom house in West Wycombe. We have been living in the property for 14 months but unfortunately one of our tenants is going back to uni for a year. This means we have a really big, nice room available from the 25th August.
We're looking to find someone thats relatively tidy, ideally around the same age with a good sense of humour. We're very easy-going guys and fun to live with!
Feel free to message me to arrange a viewing! We have BT Infinity internet and a full Sky Sports package, dishwasher and tumbledryer. We have worked out that £125 each per month will cover all of our bills. If you are interested in the room, we can discuss a breakdown of the bills.
We will get a new 12 month contract, with a 6 month break clause.
