1 double bedroom available for students

We are looking for a fourth person to move in with the 3 of us (2 girls and 1 boy aged between 19-20) in a spacious double sized room. The room comes with a double bed, a storage cupboard, a stack of drawers and a storage cabinet with curtains being provided too. This room is located in a semi-detached house with four floors in total. The basement area has a spacious living room next to a large kitchen area with the bathroom at the far end of the bottom floor with an additional toilet separated from the main bathroom.

The first floor consists of two double rooms; room at the beginning of the entrance (taken) and one behind this (being advertised). The second floor has two double rooms (both taken) and the fourth floor being the loft is the utility room.

Preferablly a person aged between 18-24 male or female please.
Preferablly a person who will not make too much noise; instruments/drums/late night parties.
Can be of any sexuality (one love)
Can be of any religion (one love)

All three of us are 2nd year freshers of Bucks Uni.

Smokers allowed with the mutual respect of smoking in the garden or outside of the property.

Alcohol or consumption is allowed with the mutual respect of others space.

NO DRUG USERS/weed smokers/ illegal activity of any sorts. The area is a safe area and we'd like to maintain that. -

The house is located near Morrisons and is a 10 minute walk to the university. Eden shopping centre is near by with restaurants/bus station/railway station/fast food takeouts/travelodge/sainsburys /tesco and a local Church, if need be. The property comes with a large parking area and a real garden.

The property boasts good sized accommodation, gas central heating and double glazing.

Weekly rent is £85pw. Deposit, first months rent and administration fee to be paid together for £825
