I am moving abroad and need to find someone to take my place in a shared house. There is some flexibility with the moving date.
The house has a large open plan kitchen living room and dining area, recently refitted bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. It has front and rear gardens.
The room is a very large double that comes furnished with a king size bed.
There is a dog and she is extremely affectionate and loves attention.
The property has front and rear gardens with grass. The rear garden also has a patio area. It is located close to woodlands and walking distance from the local pub.
