Two furnished rooms available opposite the Rye

I have two furnished single rooms to let opposite the Rye, a large open park area, in High Wycombe, with their own bathroom and kitchen, and access to a washing machine and a wifi internet connection.

Weekly rents are £69 for the larger and £65 for the smaller. The rooms are on the ground floor, and when at home, I live on the upper floor. I have been working in astronomy and space science at Birmingham University, but High Wycombe is my home.

I have let my rooms for many years, exclusively to students. This is mainly for tax reasons, and because I have been a student myself. The district council will need evidence of student status.

Since people vary considerably in how they want to use the accommodation, I cannot be fair to all by including all bills in the rent, so the procedure is to pay your own electricity and gas bills.

Bucks New University, the town centre and the railway station are ten to fifteen minutes walk away, and several bus services run past the house.
