Single/small Double Room near High Wycombe Centre

Hello, I am 33 and teach at a local secondary school. Sadly, my current house mate is about to leave end of January as he has a new job in London. I am looking for someone to replace him as ideally I do not want to leave the flat as the location is really good (near town centre/ station/ Motorway etc). The Flat overlooks the Rye Park and has a lovely view from the balcony, especially in summer.

The available room is furnished (Chest of drawers, Wardrobe, bed, side table, shelves) and will fit a small double. You get a secure off road parking space. Also, you get the use of your own bathroom as my room is en-suite. Your bathroom is directly opposite the room.

There is space for Bikes on the balcony as well as outside the flat where there is a hidden Bike dock.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the normal mod cons. There is plenty of cupboard space etc.
