We have a double room(furnished) available in a newly built 4 bedroom Town house in a quiet area near to high wycombe town centre which is a 15 min walk(1. 5miles). We husband and wife are professionals living with our 4 year old son who is going school coming september.
We dont have a parking slot but there is a visitor parking area where you may find space to park.
The house has wifi and has TV points in every room.
We both are very friendly people and like to have a friendly professional non smoking lady to the room.
Sorry but We do not allow pets.
The rent for the room is £500 inclusive bills and internet.
One month deposit will be expected.
