Nice house in quiet close & 15 mins walk from town

Room available to rent in 3 bedroom. Location is in the Sands area and situated in a nice quiet close. Very few people walk up our road and it feels a very safe area. Fully furnished with communal areas, off road parking and private garden. We currently have BT Infinity broadband. 15 mins walk from town. Bills work out at roughly £110 each per month. The bedroom is a small size. The kitchen has more than enough space for chilled and frozen food because we recently bought a second fridge freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a live out landlady who is very good and looks after us well.

The tenancy is shared and therefore individual rooms do not have locks on them. We are looking to continue to enjoy this lovely house with a nice, friendly housemate. We do not have a preference for male or female but ideally we would like someone who we feel that we can get along with/relate to, and is a similar age to us.
