Double Room With Bathroom - Seeking Female Lodger

Hi, my name is Becky, I am 26 and I work in Finance.

I own a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in High Wycombe and am looking to rent out the second double bedroom, private use of the main bathroom as well as use of the communal living room and kitchen.

I am looking for a socialable female lodger (age 20-30) to share my flat with me, who has a social life of her own but will also be around some evenings to hang out.

The bedroom is a nice-sized room and has a small double (with under-bed storage space), a fitted double wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, and a TV fitted on the wall.

The flat is north of High Wycombe town, just off of Kingshill Drive. It is around a 25-30 min walk from the train station and town but it is also easily accessible by bus, which only takes 13 minutes. In addition, the flat has space for parking.

The flat is available from the 13th Oct.
