ALL bills included. Refundable deposit if there is no damage, also there is a handy 7am-11pm Tesco Express just around the corner. This is a comfortable relaxed home from home, with a friendly atmosphere, not a buy to let 'rooms' business.
I am looking for a considerate person in full time employment who must like dogs (small sausage lives here!) I can offer a reference from the present lodger if you wish!
