We are looking for a young professional to live in a large double room located on the top floor of a friendly house. The house is in a quiet conservation area a short walk from the station and all amenities. Fast broadband, quiet rooms, each with a desk and lots of space mean that working from home is easy. Central London can be reached by train in under 30 minutes.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED we maintain a encourage an even mix of like-minded male and female professionals who share the space as a communal home. Our tenants often keep in touch with each other long after they have moved out of the area.

Rydal Mount is a stunning, spacious 180 year old semi-detached 3 storey house set in an elevated position in a conservation area. Modernised to a high standard, the shopping centre, university, hospital, lovely parks, gyms and transport hubs are just a few minutes level walk away.

The accommodation comprises:
Entrance Hall - access to Bedroom 1 (En-suite), Lounge and stairs to first floor

Lounge - large room with 43in TV, 2 leather sofas and beanbag seats.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and appliances, and with table and chairs.

Cellar - with boiler, upright freezer and clothes drying facilities

Bedroom 5 is a large double room to the rear of the property. It shares a bathroom with 1 other tenant. There is a high pressure shower and ample hot water.

All bedrooms are identically equipped with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside lamp and desk lamp. There is a TV point, high speed wifi (good signal) and at least 2 double sockets in each room.

Outside:
Small garden to the front of the property. Sunny, minimal maintenance private courtyard garden with mature grapevine and a secure gate leading to the front of the property.

Services:
Rydal Mount is owned by a local family business offering exceptional customer service at a reasonable price. The rent includes Gas, Electricity, Water, TV license, unlimited hi speed fibre broadband, Council Tax and the bi-weekly cleaning of all common areas.

Car parking is available on-street. This is free on Sundays and during the evening or a residents permit currently costs £75 per year. Visitors parking permits cost £1 for 24 hours.

5 weeks rent per room. Deposit held by the Deposit Protection Scheme. Unlike some landlords, we really do want you to get this all back.

The landlord lives locally and does not live at the property. We deal with all maintenance issues and queries quickly and personally.
