A double room available in a convenient quiet location. The house is on the route of buses 33 and 39. The room has lovely views on the forests and on the garden. All bills are included in the rent. There is unlimited WiFi in the property. Rent includes all bills.
In the room there is an inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed (with bed linen provided), radio alarm, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and a chair. A small TV can also be provided.
There is a big garden, two bathrooms with a shower and a spacious shared kitchen. Parking is available off road and there is a private parking space at the back of the house.
You would be sharing with a couple in their early 30s. We are looking for a professional or a student, non-smoker, preferably a female.
