Please note, the house is currently for sale but I have a large, bright, furnished en-suite double room available for 1-3 months from mid-May.

The room is in a modern 3 bedroom semi detached house located on a quiet, private road.

The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and wardrobe. The room has a private bathroom with Shower, basin and WC.

All bills/utilities are included:

*Broadband.
*Plus - secure, driveway parking.

I am the owner of the house but am based in Bournemouth. I have an existing lodger who rents the other double room. He is a recent university graduate in his late 20s and works locally in High Wycombe. He is extremely considerate, clean and very easy to get on with. He is often away at the weekends visiting his girlfriend in the Midlands or family in London.

As a “live out” landlord you would have use of the whole house when you are there - and I encourage my tenants to treat it like their own home.

The house is located in a really peaceful, private development in a fantastic location:

• 20 mins walk to High Wycombe station (with fast trains 25 minute to London Marylebone)
• 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport
• Very easy access to M40 (and M25) and M4 (via A404).

It’s also only a 10/15 minute drive to Beaconsfield/Bourne End train stations.

There are local shops, a gym and a pub just a few minutes walk away.
