Beautiful house/garden/perfect location

I have a lovely house for rent in a perfect location for commuting or getting into the town centre. I will very occasionally be at the property but mostly live in Costa Rica where I work with Sloths. This mean you will have the house to yourself pretty much the entire year! I am back maybe 1-2 months of the year max! Some bills are included. Has a lovely garden that gets a lot of sun and a large bathroom - with a bath and a separate shower. Very nice kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher + washer and dryer. House is fully furnished but it is expected that you will care and love for everything as if it is your own :) there is parking (sometimes just outside the house or on the street next to it) and it is VERY close to the train station and a 1 minute walk from a tesco express with gas station!
