Room to let in spacious 2 bedroom flat

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room in a spacious, gorgeous (in my opinion) 2 bed flat from the 10th January 2018

The room is furnished all you need is bedding. If you have your own furniture I am happy to remove the bits that are in there.

There is off street parking so there should always be a space if you drive. It's a quiet area, with various parks, bus routes and also walk-able into town centre/train station.

I have an active social life, so nights/days out are definitely on the cards if you fancy it and sometimes I will have friends over for a night in, on the couch with a takeaway. I'm very happy to host too, should you want to do the same!

Sometimes I dogsit our family western highland terrier who is lovely by nature and amazing at cuddles if you need a pick me up!
