Lovely Large Double Ensuite Room

I have a very large newly decorated double room with ensuite to rent for a single person. I am looking for a friendly, easygoing person of any age to share my home. We have a lovely big kitchen, snug with TV, utility, a large garden and off road parking. There are a good range of local shops and a petrol station nearby and we have excellent transport links. There is a bus stop round the corner with regular buses and easy access to High Wycombe, Amersham and London via the tube and mainline trains. The area is nice and safe with lovely woods and fields at the back of the house if you like walking. The rent includes all bills We are a friendly mostly quiet household, with myself, my adult daughter and my son (14) who stays weekends and holidays, as well as our cat and dog.
