The house is walking distance to local shops and amenities, Pinewood Studio's and Black Park plus a short driving distance to Heathrow (15 mins), M4 (10 mins), M40 (J1) and M25 (J15).

The nearest mainline rail link from Iver station goes west to Reading and east into London Paddington (journey time 25 minutes every half hour). We are also a short distance away from Uxbridge (Nearest tube link), Hillingdon, Cowley, West Drayton, Slough, Langley and Windsor / Eton.

Rent is inclusive of heating, wifi/ broadband, electricity, water, council tax, TV license and maintenance.
