The room is available from Feb 8th The current tenant moves out on Feb 7th.

There is a freeview telephone socket and Infinity fast broadband on the guaranteed wi fi package with BT for each room.. The house also has two communal bathrooms and there is plenty of parking on the front double drive for many cars as can be seen at the end of the video. The side turning also does not have yellow lines so good for visiting guests.

The house is well located to get to all areas as close to the M40 roundabout to London where it is just 5 minutes walk to the big Tescos. Just 2 junctions to exit 16 on M25 from M40 junction 1. There are bus stops outside going towards Beaconsfield in one direction 8 mins and High Wycombe 10 mins the other way.

The communal area is a spacious kitchen/diner/living room pull out table, many comfy sofas & BT TV package.. There is also a garden, outside table and chairs and side patio from kitchen.

There is a large American fridge/freezer and a normal size slimmer one . Plenty of cupboards for 6 tenants.
A big selling point is there are two washing machines so there is no fighting to get to use the laundry facilities. There is also a dryer for when the weather is not so good for dry washing outside.

The tenants are aged 30 - 42 with 2 females and 3 males for the remaining 5 tenants. It is a very peaceful household as some of the tenants are often away with work. Everyone is very friendly and sociable in the house.

We acquired our HMO licence the end of 2019 and was told by the inspector that he thought we had the best HMO in the area.
Whenever there is something needing repairing I get this done immediately and the house is kept in a good state of repair.
