The room accommodates a double bed, sofa bed, double wardrobe and table for a TV/TV Supplied if needed. The annex has shower & toilet area and mini kitchen, inc. mini cooker, fridge and sink.

Fully insulated and heated with patio doors leading out onto a shared decking area for use by tenant mid-week only.

Bills and wi-fi are included except washing services, launderette is in Flackwell Heath if needed. Parking is available opposite house for up to 7 cars on the main road.

Loudwater Village is ideal for commuters with easy access to M40; located 3 mins off the M40, 10 minutes from M25 and 10 minutes from Beaconsfield Train Station (25 minute train into Marylebone, London)
