Description
The house currently consists of Charlotte and I (live in lanlord)
I am looking for someone who is easy going, sociable but also enjoys their own space. As a house we occasionally have BBQs, drinks out/in together, walks together etc but at the same time respect each other's space.
The house is a short 15/20 min walk into the beautiful town of Marlow, really easy access to the A404 and into London, 15 min walk to the train station.
There is street parking right outside the house if needed.
The single room has a single bed, small chest of drawers and a space to hang clothes.
This is available:
Monday-Friday (£120 a week)
Available from 1st September
It is a shared bathroom, living space and kitchen (with a downstairs loo too) all Bills included.
Great garden and an easy 20 min walk down to the river Thames via the lakes.
15 mins to the train station and a bus at the top of the road.
Due to the size of the room, wfh isn't available. Thanks.
