Double Room for rent in modern marlow apartment

Double bedroom for rent avaliable for single occupancy only. The Room comes with a wardrobe as pictured, the single beds have been removed, and I have a double bed if needed. The Living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom will all be shared spaces, and fully furnished. I will be moving in around the 18th of october and aim to decorate in the mid century modern style. I will be the only other tenant, and will be working full time. No smoking within the building but on the balcony is fine. Large fridge freezer, gas hob, small dishwasher. No allocated parking spot but plenty of parking nearby. Train station 15 min walk away, bus stop opposite and a 24 hour petrol station and shop next door. All bills included.
