Basic room in basic house for basic price

I am currently in the process of selling my house. But this is likely to take a minimum of 3-4 months. So I have a room that is available until then. I am looking for some really for a minimum of a month and then do a rolling week there after

Room is a double room (see pictures for rough size).

Shared bathroom and kitchen, lounge and garden.

Price is £130 a week, 7 days week - less than £20 a day. I can probably do a week days only for £100 a week but is limited to Monday-Friday (4 night only)

I am looking for a £300 deposit - merely to cover myself - I have had two lodgers previously write off carpets due to carelessness

Rent to be paid on the morning of the new week. No exceptions.

Room will still need to be paid for even if you decide not to use it for several days, or weeks.

My current tenant I have been renting the house out for 6 years has his own furniture in the house which will be moved out later, so the pictures may well contain furniture that will be removed prior to letting the room. BUT, the room will have double bed, drawers and storage cupboard. My current tenant is due to move out on the 18 of December for new work commitments, I am very sad to lose him.

You have the choice of two rooms, however you may need to help me move some stuff depending which room you choose.

No druggies, no alcoholics (social not an issue) , no smokers, reference may be required, no couples.
