Annexe with double bedroom/ lounge/kitchen/ shower

An integrated carpeted annexe, with shared entrance to main house, in the picturesque village of Marlow Bottom. Cul de sac location with off street (driveway) parking for 1 car. Utility bills included except landline telephone. The area consists of your own lockable wing of the house, furnished lounge (32" flat screen TV with Virgin channels and fibre optic broadband, 3+2 seater sofa's and diner) with kitchenette. Door leading to double bedroom (Kingsize bed). Light and spacious bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside tables and double wardrobe. Private shower room, wc and washbasin, with bathroom storage units. Female only, over 28 years old, single occupancy. Animal lover as I have a dog and cats (but they do not have access to the annexe). I have 2 teenage daughters who are quiet and respectful (90% of the time). A 2 minute walk to open fields and countryside. Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use in the main house. 7 days a week= £650; Mon - Fri = £550
