Seeking a mature professional non smoking lady to lodge Mon - Fri in my home. 7 day Lets considered for £400 pcm. House located on a quiet road 10 mins walk from Marlow town centre and has off street parking. Utility bills included but no telephone.

Comfortable bedroom overlooks private garden with field beyond and country walks close by. Wardrobe currently in study/sitting room but could be moved to bedroom if preferred. Shared bathroom with owner (bath + separate power shower). Spacious kitchen diner shared and TV available.

Marlow has wonderful pubs and restaurants, 4 gyms and great shops. The river and train station are only a 5 minute drive away as are links to M4 and M40.
