Double bedroom in great location in Marlow

We a good sized double room in a shared house in a great central Marlow location, very close to train station and even closer to the high street with all shops and restaurants etc.

The property is a large townhouse with 3 other easy going housemates. Everything is included in the monthly fee including superfast BT broadband and all other bills.

Fully functional kitchen with all appliances, separate lounge area and another spare room downstairs. We also have a small garden out the back which is good in the summer. No smoking inside the house but in the garden is fine.

We're looking for a clean, easy going flat mate, preferably male, and no couples please. The other flatmates are all professionals so are around at different times so its a nice quiet house.

Rent of £440 is paid one month in advance, and there is a £400 security deposit.
