We have a large room available now for a professional single person. Full time workers preferred, night or day time, not a problem. Must have contracted employment and good references. No children, pets or smokers.

Monthly rent is £500, no other costs to pay, everything included. Security deposit £300 held with the DPS.

Directly opposite Bletchley library and 5 min walk from Bletchley High Street. We currently have four rooms, rented to full time workers.

We are looking for someone who will fit in with the others and be familiar with sharing the facilities as required. Maximum of five single people in the house, all non smokers.

The room is on the first floor with a West facing window, looking down the garden and is bright and cheerful. Lots of storage space in the double wardrobe and chest of draws. New curtains and mattress topper will be fitted this week.

Walking distance to the central railway station and the bus station. Bletchley is on the main Euston line and frequent bus routes to all areas of MK and beyond.

High speed fiber, Wireless Broadband with TV point in the room. We like to keep the house very clean and quiet so everyone is happy. New central heating boiler and Hive remote control thermostat.

House is registered as a HMO with Milton Keynes Council and is inspected regularly. We meet all the relevant fire and safety laws and are fully insured.

The Landlord is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association.
