Large Single Room - Central MK

Are you looking for a home environment rather than a shared house? Sharing with maximum 2 others, we are looking for a respectful person who is an animal lover as we have two house cats. We prefer a professional working full time in the area (not remotely at home). This is a large single room with single bed, with a hanging rail for clothes, several shelves, mirror and additional drawers. The room itself is at the rear of the property with a relaxing view and not overlooked. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with us.. I would also consider someone only wanting to stay part of the week for a lower cost, we are flexible on the arrangement. It is important we get the right person that fits in with us as this is a private family home and we are looking for someone whose daily life and working times fit in with ours and we can communicate well to live peacefully and comfortably with them here in our private space. The house itself is in a leafy location within a quiet close in Springfield and only five minutes walk to Xscape and ten to fifteen minutes walk to the main shopping centre. There are regular number 4 buses running only two minutes walk away taking you to MK Central Train Station a mile in a ten minute journey. There is a free parking space on the driveway if you have a car.
