Large Single Room - Central MK

Are you looking for a home environment rather than a shared house? Sharing with maximum 2 others, we are looking for a respectful person who is an animal lover and will welcome company with our house cats. Must be someone working full time in the area (not remotely at home) and NO STUDENTS. We would prefer Monday-Friday only or part time only for a lower rental amount. It is important we get the right person that fits in with us as this is a private family home. We are looking for someone whose daily life, personality and working times will fit in with ours and we can communicate well to live peacefully and will observe giving us some private space. This is a large single room with single bed, with a hanging rail for clothes, several shelves, mirror and additional drawers. The room itself is at the rear of the property with a relaxing view and not overlooked. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with us. The house itself is in a leafy location within a quiet close in Springfield and only five minutes walk to Xscape and ten to fifteen minutes walk to the main shopping centre. There are regular number 4 buses running only two minutes walk away taking you to MK Central Train Station a mile in a ten minute journey. There is a free parking space on the driveway if you have a car.
