Hello , we have a double room for rent in a really lovely town house in Fairfields , currently 2 male in the property it’s kept in good condition , even a cleaner every 2 weeks to do bathrooms and kitchen . The house has 3 bathrooms , large lounge and 4 rooms in total (only 3 to be let ) looking for a clean and tidy person who can join the relaxed household . Open to guy or girl ideally someone who will want to keep it tidy and good condition. Definitely worth a view - new build property ! Room is bigger than it looks in the photo .
