Existing housemates are great - respectful, tidy and friendly, one Italian male nurse specialist and two Lithuanian females working in health and logistics .

The room is furnished with a massive super-king sized bed and lots of space for your things - two tall wardrobes, 6-drawer chest, bedside unit and desk.

The kitchen/diner has a washer-dryer, large fridge freezer, stainless steel gas cooker, stainless steel/glass chimney extractor and microwave. There's an extra fridge too and communal space with a sofa and tables/chairs.

Tiled main bathroom with bath and shower and there's a separate tiled WC.

Garden with patio and decking, off-street parking for 2 cars and plenty of unrestricted parking in the no-through road outside.

Unlimited fast fibre broadband and all bills are included - water and utilities, broadband and council tax (Band A).

Convenient and quiet location in Beanhill within a short walk of the hospital, 10 minute bike/bus ride to the OU and only a few minutes to Central MK. Local shops include a mini-supermarket and a health centre/dentist are also nearby. Buses to OU, Bletchley, direct to Cranfield and Central MK are 3/4 mins walk away.

The current housemates sometimes work non-standard hours or study so we're looking for a sharer who is tidy, friendly but quiet and respectful .

Smoking ok outside only. This is a 4 person share so apologies, we can't accept couples .

You will normally need to be working full time to satisfy referencing checks. 1 month security deposit required.
