Extra large double aspect bed-sitting room available on the top floor of the house, with its own private bathroom. Newly decorated and fully furnished. The room comes with a king-size bed with a new mattress, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a sofa. The en-suite has a toilet, wash basin and a shower over the bath. The whole property is centrally-heated.

This is a family house but you will be able to share the living room if you wish and the kitchen/dining room will also be freely available.

All bills are included in the price and access to the wifi as well.

You may park your car on the driveway and use the garden.

It is essential that you are a dog lover.

This is a quiet residential area, three miles from the centre of town, 10 minutes drive from the train station and 20 minutes drive to the M1.

I am looking for a single professional who is happy to share the house with a working from home mother, two children and a small dog.
