I have available a small double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside table.

There is a TV in the room and it has an Amazon Fire Stick already plugged into it.

You will have sole access to the main bathroom that is located right next door to your bedroom on the middle floor.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and the kitchen has a large dishwasher too.

The house is in a really affluent area with busses running from the bottom of the road to Milton Keynes Central. It is also easily in cycling distance of the centre as well.

- Your bedroom
- Your main bathroom
- Living Room (common area)
- Open plan kitchen diner (common area)
- Garden (common area)

I am a very clean, respectful individual and all I expect from my lodger is that they keep the same level of cleanliness and respect that I show them/the house.

I have a cleaner who comes once a week so you can be sure that the house is clean, tidy and pleasant to stay in.

I have very strong, fast FTTP Internet.

Please note: I own an indoor cat (ragdoll) and will be getting a second kitten soon. He is very laid back and docile.
