The house is located in a quiet residential area, with nice walks in and around Broughton and close to local amenities (shops, restaurants, etc). The Kingston centre is only 5 minutes away. Easily accessible to anyone working in Brinklow or Magna Park.

It is approximately a 10 minute drive to the centre of MK, with good access to bus routes in and around Milton Keynes.

The house has 6 other occupants, myself, my wife and my teenage son during the week, plus I have my teenage daughter stay with us at alternate weekends. Plus adult daughter and grandson of 7. We speak Portuguese and English.

The rent covers all bills, plus £400 is required as a security deposit.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor with en-suite. It is over the car port with no one above or below, so will not be disturbed.

This is ideal for a working professional non smoker travelling from home to work.
