Double room to let available 19th July 2021

I live in a semi detached home in monkston. Good sized room with double bed and wardrobe. Ideally looking for a female lodger . All type of lets considered prices at £70 PW for 4 nights £100 PW for 7 nights All bills included and i have good quality BT Wi-Fi. Shared kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower) and living room. Live in landlord. There are no other tenants in property . I do have a small dog so needs to be someone who likes dogs . 2 weeks rent refundable deposit required plus one weeks rent. Weekly payments preferred but will accept fortnightly payments or 4 weekly. I would consider a couple at £130 PW on a short term let of 3 months then review for renewal
