It is a 3 bed 3 bath house ...4 story townhouse. David & I on top floor ...your room and Ashley's (age 29) on 3rd floor along with study (you can use to dry & iron clothes). Shared Lounge dining room and kitchen on 2nd floor. Garage below has a 2nd large fridge freezer (only room for your bike and golf clubs and a couple of suitcases) ..your car/van goes in other secure garage.. plus downstairs toilet.

Gas central heating throughout. All bills included as well as wifi, Netflix.

We have 2 cats - so this house will only suit cat lovers!

We don't mind if you stay for less than 3 months but if you do you will need to pay a £150 fee for the inconvenience - but if you stay for less than 6 months you must pay for the 2 locks to be changed and 5 new sets of keys.

The 3 of us are quiet but sociable professionals who take pride in a clean and tidy house (we share the housework fairly or you can pay £50 extra a month and we will do all your cleaning washing and ironing). ..David & I might be older ie 60 years old but we are young at heart! I am abroad at the moment so David and Ashley will meet you ..but all initial meetings are online before viewings as no point in wasting each other's time with a personal viewing until we are sure we are going to get along. Please do not phone me best to message on Spareroom first.
