Hi! Experienced live-in-landlord looking for lodger. Great for someone looking for additional space e. g. work from home or extra storage. Will consider renting both rooms.

I normally try to keep a quiet and tidy household. I look after a small dog normally on weekends, so being pet friendly would be great. My dog is a bit of a duchess and if you dont mind a loving Shih Tzu wanting to play and demand treats from you then you will enjoy living here!

The home is located approximately 5-10 mins drive from Milton Keynes city center. Surrounding area (within a few minutes walk) has plenty of parks, large lake, pubs and local shops.

- Bedroom 1 11ft x 8ft with bed, cabinets and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 8ft x 7ft, 1 large wardrobe, no mattress.
- Bathroom.
- Parking space.
- Kitchen.
- Garden.

Deposit required at least 2 weeks in advance before moving in. Included in rent costs for council tax, water, wifi and energy costs.
