Double room available Monday - Friday only.

I have a double room, shower room and kitchenette available Monday - Friday for a clean & tidy working professional In a family home. Children are sometimes present. We share the front entrance.

The cost of the stay is £150 per week to be paid every Monday, cash payment.
There are no reductions on rent for guests taking holiday's or working away. If guests are away when rent is due, rent is paid via bank transfer.

This is for a friendly, non smoker, professional that goes out to work during the week working a 9 - 5 style job. No students, night/shift workers or anyone working from home. No couples or room sharing.

Each Friday, the room must be emptied of any belongings.

Bills are included and Wi-Fi, which can be a little temperamental in the guest area. Guests must have their own firestick to access channels.

The kitchenette has a kettle, table top, two ring electric hob, microwave, Air-fryer, toaster, toastie maker, streamer, slow cooker, fridge. It does not have an oven. Seating in the kitchen for eating, relaxing. Basic utensils provided.

The shower room has an electric shower. Towels are provided. shampoo and body wash, soap, toilet roll.

There is a weekly cleaner, however guests must keep the spaces fresh and clean, dishes must be washed daily. Air kitchen when cooking. Take care of the space.

Parking is on the drive and your car can be seen from the guest room.

Work details and reference will be required. First weeks rent and Deposit of £600 is required.

My work is varied and very busy, working mainly from home by the end of my working day I prefer to relax to watch a movie or study, read. I leave guests to enjoy their space and try not to disturb guests, but I do need to take my children to school in the mornings and as the hall is shared, you may here us leaving the home. Normal family noises and sounds must be expected.
