Lovely detached house near town centre

Hi, I love my house which is comfortable, clean and warm, (not too warm in the summer). I would consider someone who only needs the room for a few nights per week at £30 per night. For Monday - Friday the cost would be £150,00, There are shared cooking facilities, your own fridge and freezer, and shared use of the washing machine, and a double bed. All linen provided. There is plenty of off-road parking around the house.

I am happy to share my pleasant garden (and bbq), living and dining rooms. I will pay all the household bills, including landline. Stay as long or as short as suits you, no problem.

The town centre and the rail station are less than 1 mile away, on a bus route. There are local shops within a five minute walk for your basic needs. Please come and check out my property - I will be pleased to show you around.
