Large Garden, Home gym, 1 Superking size bedroom

The room is currently my office but theres a 3rd bedroom i'll move it to, it's VERY large. I have an identical bedroom with a super king size bed, dresser, wardrobe and tv on the wall. You'll see I also have a dog, so need someone who preferably loves dogs. Just want to chat, see the vibe and if it feels good we can progress. Any questions send my way.

About the home, your bedroom is a superking size double bedroom, currently only furnished with a large double wardrobe. There is a kitchen kitted out with all standard appliances plus coffee machine, microwave, toaster, hot pot and more. There is a google home device which you can be registered on also, great for playing music while cooking, checking recipes or your calendar.

The lounge has a simple corner sofa(now updated), dining table with a 65 inch 4k TV with a full standard and sports TV package. So you can watch all BT and Sky sports if you're into that.

The conservatory has a full squat rack and bench with weights up to 150kg (roughly), Boxing Bag and Eliptical machinel. There is a utility room with sink and washing machine off there too.

My dog, Kobe is a cane corso x chow chow. A unique and stunning mix, coming up to 2 years old in December. Very playful, loves attention and we take him out a couple times a day. He's very chill when in the home, doesn't bark much if at all and will happily just sit at your feet while you work or chill. He is jumpy on first meet but quickly settles.

About me, i'm 26, I run a toys distribution company. I'm out playing sports several nights a week, football every tuesday and basketball wedneday and thursdays. Naturally we're out for 2 dog walks a day too, i'm currently on a health kick so cooking daily too + using the gym at home a few times a week.
